The Federal Investigation Bureau has completed an internal review of operations at the Los Santos Field Office between 2023 and 2026, including the handling of informants, evidence, and overtime.
The review, conducted by the Bureau’s Office of Professional Responsibility with assistance from the Los Santos Field Office, found that FIB personnel acted in accordance with Bureau policy, as amended during the review period.
The review identified opportunities to improve recordkeeping. Several records relevant to the review could not be located, which the review team noted as an example of those opportunities.
